Return Conditions
- Unused Proportion Requirement: To be eligible for a refund, the majority of the subscription plan's features or usage should remain unused.
Subscription-Specific Policies
- Weekly Subscribers: Refunds are not available for renewable or non-renewable weekly plans.
- Monthly Subscribers: Refund requests can be made within 15 days of purchase. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund, regardless of whether the package remains unused.

Non-Refundable Cases

Cancellation of Service by SoftToolz
